First stage is to have a brief suitability interview with HR. They'll ask general questions about your background, previous employment experience, strengths and weaknesses, how you might handle situations that deal with interpersonal relationships. The next stage is a writing task, followed by another HR interview. The only out of office aspect of the application is a polygraph test that's designed to test your honesty and loyalty. Don't lie! The company prefers you tell the truth rather than be identified as dishonest. If all goes well, you'll receive an offer.
