First face-to-face interview was with the Engineering Manager. The interview was informal and we had a very good 2 hours chat about the work I've done, shared insights into their company and their products, and technology in general. I later completed a coding challenge and submitted via GitHub for their review. A second interview with 2 software engineers was arranged in about a week. Overall I find the interviewers in the software engineering team in Singapore to be very respectful and professional in the process. Their engineering team seems to have a very clear and future-thinking structure, and this reflects in their hiring process. Although I didn't get an offer, I'll definitely be watching this company for future opportunities.
