I was genuinely excited about this opportunity, but the interview process was unorganized, exhausting and ultimately disappointing. Over more than 8 weeks, I went through 6 rounds of interviews, meeting with numerous team members, leadership and committing considerable time and energy to show my interest in the role. Despite this, I was ghosted for about two weeks at one point, even after insisting I inform them about other opportunities in the pipeline.
Eventually, after 6 interviews and weeks later, they reached back out and asked me to attend a lunch with the Hiring Manager and VP, presented as the "final step" in the process. I rearranged my schedule to make it work, putting other opportunities at risk, only to be left in the dark again. Days later, I finally received a call only to hear I didn’t get the job.
The entire process felt like a series of red flags, leaving me feeling undervalued and misled. I hope they improve their candidate experience for future applicants, as this process has left a negative impression of the company. I appreciated the final call, but the overall follow-through and communication needs serious improvement.
