I applied online, received a call from HR, and appeared for the technical round, the interview process was fine but the waiting period was too long, the interviewer did not even want to hear my concerns and was only bragging about what he thinks was required to perform the job.

4 steps process
- online test assessment(1hr- easy)
- short tech/intro interview (20-30mins- very easy)
- demo round of salesforce (40-45mins - easy)
- cultural round - don't know what are they expecting in it- bogus round

Entretien
There were three rounds
Coding round
Basic c++ syntax related questions were asked and it was pretty easy
Interview (tech)
Java and oops was the main focus and they asked few SQL queries and small 2 sum program as well it lasted 40 minutes
Interview (project)
After second round you have to create a project on the salesforce as demo and the third round revolved around this project
I think my interviewer could not understand the business model I was trying to implement
