Entretien
I had a nice experience with the interview process at Traction Complete. I went through four rounds of interviews, starting with a brief call with HR, then an interview with the hiring manager and CTO, followed by a demo, and a cultural fit meeting.
The first two rounds were mainly about my experience, and for the third, I was given a QA task and demo presentation. The instructions were clear and detailed, and I had a week to work on it, which was just enough to do a thorough job. The last round was a casual lunch with team members where we mostly chatted about things outside of work.
I really liked how well everything was communicated, with enough time to prepare, and after each step, I got a response the next day or the day after.

I interviewed for a role at Traction Complete. The process involved 3 rounds:
- Initial Zoom conversation with Talent Acquisition Manager
- Demo & QA Assignment (1 week prep time) for a "Reverse Demo" of Traction Complete software and assignment review
- Culture Interview with other Tractionites
The whole process was just over 2 weeks and was pretty seamless and straightforward - so long as you prepare adequately.

I had a great experience interviewing at Traction Complete. The process included four rounds: an initial HR call, a technical interview with the QA Lead and CTO, a practical demo assignment, and a final cultural fit lunch with the team. The first two interviews focused on my background, while the third involved a well-structured QA task with clear instructions and a full week to prepare. The last round was a relaxed lunch where we discussed non-work topics. Communication was excellent throughout, with timely feedback after each stage.
