This was by far the worst interview experience, this company wasted my 1 month on a process and the last round of interviews was with 5 people to who I was supposed to give a product presentation (this product assignment was based on a vague brief that will not help you design or understand what they want, but they will mention, have fun with it) The level of unprofessionalism I encountered during this interview was worst. One interview round was with traction complete and then they pushed me to Traction Rec. And to waste more time of mine traction rec wanted an assignment to be presented( assignments are common but the brief was very vague) I did not get a response after the interview even though I sent them a follow-up email. If 4 rounds of the interview were not enough for them to make up their mind if I was not the right candidate, I am not sure what was! Avoid working for this company, These are all red flags of an understaffed, dog-eat-dog environment at a startup!!!!
