From my observation throughout the interview, it seems like management has issues delegating tasks and responsibilities evenly. The team has two people working full-time, with one intern helping here and there. It seems everyone is in charge of the front-end and back-end of marketing and events coordination.
The second-round interview was 2 hours long- which is standard, and in the end, I was rejected due to their mislabeling of the position title. They were primarily looking for a trade show coordinator who could also take up more marketing responsibilities to market the three divisions. I wish they had been upfront and transparent about the mistake rather than wasting time pretending they were interested.
