My first impression was through the Senior Internal HR. This person is unusually bright and professional. Recruiters are generally external and weak in poor companies. I soon realized that they take hiring extremely seriously. Four rounds of interviews after that over the course of 4 days, with some clever people who were very business like and detailed. One interview was face to face, with four one hour WebEx calls. There then followed a rigorous background screen drug and referencing week.
The process was seamless and was handled extremely well. I have seen this done very badly at other companies. Top marks to Trace3 HR. Great offices, they gave a good impression on the web, (Evolve and other channels.) And their brand was consistent and energetic. The ethos is a long-term partnership with their valued clients.
This is a very interesting company and wipes the floor with the two major competitors, the hit and run Premier partners. Distinctly good feel at Trace3. Offered, accepted.
