I had an excellent interview experience with Traba, which spanned around two weeks. The interviewers were consistently engaging and asked thoughtful questions conversationally, and I heard back regarding a next round typically day of. I learned about the company during the recruitment process through first-hand experience in person at the office and Q&A sessions post-interview, so I was able to make a pretty educated decision once I got my offer. I appreciated the candor around what a day working at Traba looks like and enjoyed speaking with everyone I met. I categorized the interview as difficult because they're intentional about sourcing the right talent in order to create their high-performance culture/results.
