Nice interview and fun, a group interview was part of the deal. Then an interview with the management. The group interview was with other prospects and the human resources supervisor

Well I just applied online, and answer the questionnaire right since they called me. Also, I researched how the interviews would be conducted and its a semi-formal interview, be ready to present in front of people that's a key thing. They will give you 5 min to walk around the store and pick out a toy that describes you and present it to the group and hiring team. (advice) Go to the store earlier and walk around and find out what describes you so you know ahead of time. Also, when you're done with that they'll make you pick a toy that they have already in the room and sell it to them, "like if they were a parent saying why should I buy this for my child?" Then lastly, you'll get in a group and put Leggos depending how many people are there mine was 7 people so 3 people and two groups of 2, so they put a bunch of Leggos in different spots for any group can chose witch one the want to get. And you have to make something out of the Leggos and sell it to the Hiring managers. My group made a robot:) we called it Robot Max he was a farmer on Mars, he has a little intena where he re-sieves instructions of what to plant alien plants and we biuld a shied where he lives and we had to price it 7$ for robot max and 3$ for the shied. Finally, the one on one interview, but in my case it was a group one on three. BIG ADVICE go with a group that you notice that are confident in the speech and don't hesitate to speak up and have a good imagination(like myself). well hopefully this helped anyone:)

Applied online. Was called in for a group interview. I was among about 10 other interviewees. We all sat in the office together with the Store Manager and Human Resource Supervisor. They asked us each a few questions in front of everyone. Then we were split in to two teams and presented with a couple of buckets of Legos on the table. We were told that each team had to come up with an idea for a toy, and design it out of Legos. It had to be a toy that you could also think of "add-on" toys for. Someone from the team then had to pitch and "sell" the toy line to the room. After the group interview we were each pulled in to speak 2 on 1, and told if we were being extended the job offer or not.

Applied on a Sunday got a call on Monday to set up an interview on Tuesday. Group interview with 4 others. It was a really comfortable setting we all introduced ourselves and said our favorite toy as a kid. We then were asked to build something and tell them what we built and why. Next we were asked to go get any toy we wanted from the floor and sell it to them. I recommend practicing this because I did so I went first. After we finished we returned the toys to where we grabbed them and were then told they would call us in separately for an interview and after we were free to leave. While they were talking with one person they rest of us were getting to know each other. I would say it was actually a pretty fun group interview. They told me they would tell me by 5pm the next day if I got the job. They ended up calling me and hour after to offer me the job and submitted a background check. Once it cleared orientation was set up the following day.
