Standard interview process, HR then hiring manager. HR called and said they liked me but had other candidates that better fit the role and then they immediately put the listing back on LinkedIn. Decision making may be an issue.

Initially the interview process seemed to be running smoothly. There was regular correspondence and the recruiter was on top of scheduling interviews. 7 rounds later, they went silent on me. After a few follow up emails, they finally let me know that I was a great culture fit but the team changed what they were looking for. 2 months after the job was initially posted they still haven’t filled the position. Don’t waste your time! They don’t know what they want.
