Interviewers were nice. Phone interview lasted about 45 minutes and felt more on the informal side. Asked some very unique questions (From a very long list of questions they have been given). Let me know that they would be in touch soon.
The process was very fast and relatively straightforward compared to other large agencies. They’re mainly looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow, not someone who is already 100% perfect. I’d also recommend reaching out to people at Touche for a coffee chat — it helped me a lot when preparing for the interview.
