Phone call from recruiter, screening questions. Booked appt for next day to come in and go through testing for postion. Once passed testing, offered position and filled out paperwork and did drug test and background test. Go to orienation, and start on the following Monday into 5 day training class. Very cut and dried process, either pass testing or not. If you are okay with the money, fine. If not, they go to the next candidate.
