I have never experienced such a process. During the initial phone interview, recruiter mentioned that the VP of technology had stepped down and senior engineers were quitting, if I was ok with that happening and being my own boss she would send me a 2 hour coding challenge. I have not heard back and I do not want to.

Entretien
Typical tech process: phone call, code challenge, in-person interview with technical questions. It was a two-week process. The timing was sometimes slow by shifting people being responsible for interacting with me.
