The interview process is challenging but if you are prepared there is no catch. A first phone interview with some technical questions and to go through your CV and see how you can deliver the information. If succesful you receive a coding test to do home which I found really interesting. When my technical test has been reviewed I have been invited for the final stages on site. First a pair programming test followed by an interview with a Senior developer and a Scrum master. If positive at that stage you meet the potential team you would be joining. I had the final stages in the morning and received an offer at the end of the day.
