The interview process is a joke. If I answered this question, this review would not be anonymous. This company does NOT know how to interview nor keep good people. Their external hiring staff is excellent but then they include a few Total Safety personnel in the process and the determination is based on whether they "LIKE" someone. After getting hired if said person didn't like the new employee, they would be fired. Management is blind to see what is going on. Many good people leave Total Safety because the Management is childish and blind.
