I was emailed and asked to do a simple demo lesson with vocabulary cards. The interviewers were flexible, clear, and sensible. I was asked about my experience with jr high school students in the eikaiwa sector.

The interview took an hour and a half long. The interviewer did little to talk about the job and almost needed to be prompted to proceed with the interview. I feel like most of the interview was spent talking about how Japan and America are different. The interviewer went into specifics about his life. I feel like it was a lot of time talking about him and less about the job.
