The HR contacted me after I shared my resume online. I went through the first round of the interview, which was a pleasant experience. The interviewer made me comfortable, discussed what they are looking in a new hire and explained me the agency's work culture. I was asked to submit an assignment before the call. After I got qualified for the 2nd round, the HR went awol. After multiple follow ups ( 3 weeks to be precise)she informed me, she had left the organisation and connected me with the new HR. The new HR person was responsive at first but then went awol. I would've appreciated some clarity on my candidacy.
