The interview process was excellent, had a technical conversations with senior management followed by a take home assignment to build a dashboard application. Then presented this to a panel of senior devs and product managers with detailed discussion on how you approached the solution and some technical questions. This was the most realistic and genuine interview I've ever had with a tech company and truly represents what your day to day work will be like. It was open ended enough that you choose how much effort to put in and to represent your abilities.

Told upfront and that process is three interviews plus a take home coding assessment. Two interviews are social interaction based, one is panel demo/code review of your coding assessment. Everyone was polite and professional.
