I applied online. HR called within two weeks to schedule an interview. I interviewed at Torch Technologies (Huntsville, AL) in Jun 2022. Met with the department manager who gave a brief description of the position. After the interview heard no feedback, not even an email reply from my follow up. I guess my old school expectations is out of date in today's world.
