First phase 90min 3 problems on hackerrank. Not very algorithmical so choose a language you are very familiar with. Second phase is an interview with 2 algorithmic problems 15min to code each. I would recommend using python on this one Third phase home project: I had to make a calorie tracker app in 7 days deadline, work expected was 10h (yes 10h ridiculous knowing that you need a production ready app) I was rejected in the third phase, I choose django for backend and react for frontend, apparently I wrote very non standard react code: I used inheritance with react components and I didnt use hooks... They told me I can apply again in ~2 months and do only the home project but I'm not a PEP standard loving andy so thats not gonna happen.
