The process begins with a screen call via bluejeans with communication team, just some questions about your background, motivation, skills and the most important is to evaluate your english skills. After this screen I received a link to codility platform to perform a test, the test is composed into 3 tasks that should be done in 90 minutes, you can choose the language you are most confortable, 1st task is easy, 2nd medium and 3rd is little complex, the big challenge here is the time and edge cases that should be done, important to know that you are required to do 2/3 correctly than do 3/3 not correct. I got 85% then I received an email to schedule the 3rd step in this interview. this step consists of a live interview with screen share, you prepare you coding environment with hello word ready, you are given a task that should be resolved in "15 minutes", and here it's really impossible (unless you already know the algorithmic solution and you have just to write it), it's an algorithmic rather than coding test. I failed in this step. the next step was supposed to be a 2 weeks project.
