The initial interview is a 10-15 minutes call where you learn more about Toptal and the position you applied for. After that, I had a 30 minutes interview with our Team Lead where he gave me more details about the job and position itself, and we also talked about my previous experience and reviewed my skills. The third and final interview was a 30 minutes call with our Head of Client Experience - the tone of the call was professional but friendly where I got to learn more about the company and the position and where I had a chance to introduce myself and my skills a little bit more.
