They kept the candidates waiting for about 3 hours for the interview with Director who never showed up. Preliminary was done by the office boy and it was a Telesales job advertised as Admission Counsellor. Also, they never mentioned the Hindi language requirements in skills section.

How will I convince the parents to enroll their children to the academy?
I answered the question multiple times and the interviewer kept repeating they are still not convinced what will you do. It was an amusing situation since she was the teacher at the academy not the HR or Director
