I applied on indeed and was contacted by Zachary, a recruiting partner for a phone interview. I set the interview up for that same week. The day of the call at almost 20 minutes past the time of our scheduled phone call, Zachary text informing me that he was stuck in traffic and requested for a later time for the call. I agreed and then he never called. I reached out via text later that day and he did not respond. The next week, I sent Zachary a text letting him know I was still interested in the position and he responded that he welcomes opportunity to speak, but when I responded with my availability, he never answered me back. Needless to say I did not get a fair shot at this job and am very disappointed. This position is now closed which means someone else was hired.
