The interview process is kind of lax but with a semblance of formality.
The questions are what you would expect from a typical job interview. Some are meant to gauge your personality and work ethic, so be on the lookout for those.

Entretien
The interview itself was easy. There is a skill-screening test through Skype (which is weird but ok). After you pass that test, there's a 1:1 interview in their office and then a 2:1 Skype interview with staff from Korea. The office was clean and professional-looking. I was told to wait for a week for the results but they did not answer. That is such an unprofessional move. Just tell the applicant about the negative news instead of leaving them hanging.
