I had a nice intro conversation with the recruiter then I went to 2nd round - it was a sales manager from Canada I interviewed with for the mock call, he asked typical and standard questions but after asking the usual end of the interview questions I can tell he was getting a little annoyed which was felt through zoom, he even had a stern "THAT'S IF YOU MAKE IT TO THE NEXT ROUND..." Then a day later, I got rejected with some generic email with "you don't have any cold call experience" and the email also said come back and apply again when you do.. I may have dodged a bullet based on A LOT of negative reviews from their current and former employees at 2good2go so I actually felt okay after being rejected.

First round was offered exactly 1 week after I applied (I applied 1 week after the post went up, on their website).
Brief initial interview, very casual and got an idea of the next round after.
Next round was booked within a couple hours, recruiter made it clear that things should be going well.
Second round was scheduled within the same week. Met with 2 members from the office virtually and went through a mock cold call scenario, some coaching, and then a revised mock call followed by some interview questions.
Coaching was a mix of vague and detailed, a rundown of expectations and key points would be more helpful considering differing backgrounds from applicants.
Focus was meant to be on handling objections, coachability, and app/service knowledge.

first a screening video call that lasts 15 minutes, then a brief assignment, then an in-person "assessment center" with numerous activities such as a sales call roleplay, 2 interviews, a group task to simulate how you work/cooperate in teams in scenarios. overall very easy but is still competitive, just behavioral/experience questions about your background why you want to work in sales. sales experience and cultural fit is a must-have
