Interview process began with a phone call from the person at corporate responsible for hiring. A couple weeks later I received a phone call from the property I wanted to work at to schedule the interview. My interview was a zoom call due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I had a 30-40 minute discussion with the property manager and regional supervisor about the position. There were some questions that were asked, but the whole interview felt very freeform.

The interview process was long and had many steps involved. However, I believe that this is what helps
Tonti find employees who stand apart from the crowd. First I filled out an employment application, then I received a phone call with HR from the corporate office, after that phone call I had a phone call with someone with the property I applied with, after that I had and virtual interview with a regional manager, property manager and two other managers. The interview was was of the longest and most thorough interviews I’ve experienced. After that I received another phone call with someone from corporate with a job offer.

Have you lived in an apartment before? Have you had an experience that disappointed you with a member of the leasing staff? How would you apply that to your job here if you were hired?
