The recruiter reached out and was available whenever I had questions about the position from that point. The Tonic3 team was easy to contact and talk to freely. There were no weird hoops to jump through. I just had a pleasant interview with them, followed by a few one-on-one meetings with the company to which I was assigned. That company was a bit messy and the onboarding process was a disaster. I feel like having Tonic3 on my side from the beginning helped me vs. having to go to the assigned company directly.
