The first contact you have is with Human Resources, which is a fairly simple interview where you talk about your background and how you fit in the position. Then, in my case I had another interview with the CEO, since there is no sales management, she is in charge of this part. The interview, in my opinion quite simple, I think it is something more subjective in it, if you fit her for whatever reason, you fit.
Finally I had another “interview” with people she trusts to reaffirm her ok.
