I applied online and heard back within a few days. They scheduled an initial phone call to probe my background and qualifications. A week later I went into their office and met with a few different people. I spent a few hours there showcasing my work and explaining where I wanted to be professionally. They emailed afterwards, let me know I got the job and I accepted the offer.
