Straightforward and friendly. However, even though I was quite good at answering the questions, they didn't seem to be too interested and never even checked my references. I was also told that at this stage of the application process I would get notified if I get an offer or if another candidate was chosen. However, a couple weeks later I had to inquire myself to find out that another candidate was chosen.
