Saw the ad for the position on LinkedIn in late March/early April. Applied via LinkedIn. My profile was viewed sometime in mid-April, but nothing further happened until late April, when I received a LinkedIn email asking for a time to come in for an interview. Went onsite and had a 1 on 1 interview with the hiring manager. It was possibly the most pleasant interview I have ever had.
