The HR will make a google meet invitation for both HR Interview and if you passed the HR Interview the HR will make a google meet invitation for your User Interview with the User.
The user interview process is quite good as the interviewer doesn't seem intimidating. It last for 30 minutes and I was asked many questions about knowledge and experience for the applied position.

Entretien
For Internships, the process is quite straightforward. HR interview with People Team, User Interview with your division team (in my case, Backend), Recieve an offering letter, Then onboarding. Interview with HR and User is effective and unexpectedly fun. I learn a lot about Tokopedia's organizational structure and technology used here during the interviews. Overall excellent experience
