Applied to this job from LinkedIn, the recruiter contacted me not long after my submission. The recruiter was very friendly, and make me very comfortable throughout the recruitment process. Overall there's a several round of recruitment. First was online coding session, through Hackerrank, about 10 question, ranging from algorithm, data structure, SQL, Regex and general question Second round was technical interview, once with senior engineer, and once more with their architect. Third round was more of a culture fit, interview with their senior engineer, discussion revolves around team dynamic, real case scenario and how we would solve it. The interview continues, now with two head of engineering, this interview is more focused on management side of this job, and what kind of challenge that we would face on this position. Last interview was with Tokopedia's AVP, this interview is similar with the last interview, but deeper on managerial and leadership style.
