HR phone screen-followed with a second round phone interview about 35mins, then a final panel interview. During the panel interview I felt like it was unprofessional, cuz one of the host was literally throwing me with random questions that he just find on chatgpt or whatever(all bq not related to the role).. It's just a question after another questions(kinda unprofessional you can literally see he read from his screen,,).
