Probably the worst interview experience of my life. Zero respect for the candidate's time and serious lack of communication. I've never had to wait so long or follow up as much as I did with this interview and by the time they rejected me, I wasn't sure I even wanted the job anymore (44+ days later). The recruiter I spoke to on the phone initially was rushed and rude and genuinely seemed like I was a waste of her time. Not to mention she asked me how much money I was making at my current job which is illegal. The second phone interview was fine, nothing special. The third interview was a panel and took 6 hours of my day and required me to take the entire day off from my current job. I had mental whiplash by the end of the process because of the complex situational and behavioral questions they asked. Can we stop asking these behavioral questions that require candidates to make up situations that never even existed in the first place? I really wanted to like this company, but there are clearly some deep-seated issues.

There were many rounds of interviews but the panel was engaging and insightful. Most of the panel was friendly and had crisp questions. HR was constantly in touch throughout the process which we see very less in other organizations.
