Following up from a previous review from May 12, 2022.
That same recruiter reached out again to schedule another interview.
I decided to entertained it, because I have experience in the restaurant industry and have a love-hate feeling towards my time there. I'm interested in software that could improve its process.
I had zero expectation this time around and it did not fail me.
I gave my availability and was given a scheduled meeting. Fast forward to the scheduled date. No show. No heads up. No followed up. Automated rejection email.
Seriously. Anyone with just a scintilla of self respect should never work with this company. I can't believe I let that happened to me...

3 technical rounds of easy/medium LC questions and 1 system design round. Pretty average interview experience for a non-big tech company (expect to write all your own test cases + heavy AI usage from interviewers setting up questions and testing edge cases).
Leetcode style 1 hr technical along with 1 hr behavioral with pretty standard questions. Interviewers were both really nice and hardest part of technical were the follow-up questions but the interviewer was very helpful.

I scheduled a first round technical interview. Recruiter emailed 2 days later saying position filled. Very disappointing. Phone screen was good descriptive and helpful. Shoukd of flagged rolling hiring. Was for junior engineer role.
