Applied through referral. Had one phone screening with a recruiter who immediately set up a second phone interview with the hiring manager. She explained at end of call what next steps would be if they moved forward and I should hear soon. Did not hear a single word back after this interaction. I followed up the next week to silence. Extremely unprofessional.
