Hiring process was standard to most companies, a linked-in reach out followed by a phone call. The interview was unimpressive due to the interviewer being completely unprepared. They seemed like they probably had a late night the night before and hadn’t looked at my resume and didn’t really have any questions. They spoke about how they have extended themselves into a couple of positions in the company, but didn’t seem like they were really on the ball. Overall, I went with a different company and declined their final round of interviews based on the attitude of the staff members I saw and the overall “young and disorganized” feel of the office and employees. The software area was impressive but the rest of the office was awkwardly cordoned off by department.
