The process has been started in the middle of June. In total, I had one call with HR and one call with the Head of Development. After the second call, I was given a home assignment based on React. The assignment is not complicated and takes a few hours to complete. When I sent back the completed assignment we agreed with HR that feedback will be provided based on the team review. However, during the next month, I haven't received any feedback, even after a few reminder letters from my side. It looks like HR decided to ignore my emails.
Summarise: Company looks great, open-minded and professional people, however, the process could be improved.

The application procedure took more than a month just to be finished with a response something like "We need someone with more experience". They knew my experience beforehand so this felt like an untruthful answer
