The process was easy and informed. The status in process was clear and they contacted me in order to give a feedback; i appreciate so much the time taken for give me status.

I applied online. I interviewed at Tipico in July 2022 and was contacted back by the recruiter after two months. In total 3 rounds of interviews as below 1. Recruiter interview, casual talks more about the company and asked about my experiences 2. Hiring team interview, question-related to reactJS and writing some polyfills for EC6 functions (I didn't do it well) 3. Meet the team, 3-hour onsite interview where we need to talk to the team and some whiteboard interview questions The overall interview was average, mainly due to the accent of the interviewers which is hard to understand. Other than that it's an average one though you have to expect questions mostly on React Optimization such as Prefetch, lazy loading, displaying a huge list of data, and recursion. For me, they asked me to write polyfills for the ES6 Filter method
