A problem solving round followed by reviewing it with the hiring manager, then an interview with Director of Devops engineer. I cleared all the interviews, then before giving the offer letter HR person told that they are not willing to give an offer as I require visa. Though, at the prescreening round I have conveyed it to the HR about my visa situation. The HR at that time told that they do sponsor the visa. They have wasted a lot of time of mine. Be careful when you resign from your previous organisation for this company, it can put you also in the similar situations.
