I was referred by a headhunter.
The overall experiences is AWFUL!
They do not respect your time, and they make decisions in a really sloppy manner.
I was interviewed in the end of 2021, the process took about 1.5 month.
I went through SIX INTERVIEWS. Yes, 6!!!
Including a 30-min presentation that I prepared for 20 hours in advance.
It’s even more interviews than FANNG.
After 5 interviews, they even do a reference check and contacted my ex-employers. Everything seems to be fine and all the interviewers show positive attitude for my interviews.
Then, after the reference check, they said they have a reorg and the original CPO will no longer be my manager, then they scheduled another meeting for me and the new potential manager, a person who didn’t participated previous 5 interviews to know my skillsets and capability, she didn’t even know what she’s going to do in the organization.
She asked some basic interview questions and even ask me a dilemma she was facing and she didn’t know how to handle and would like to know my thought.
After this interview, since I had other offer to reply so I asked them to let me know how’s their recruiting process. They just sent me an email saying the headcount is closed. The day after this email they updated the job page with exact same JD.
My learnings and warning for dear Glassdoor fellow:
• Tinybeans does not respect your time
• Their hiring decision could be made in an really unprofessional way
• Be aware of the re-org
