Lasted 6 weeks three rounds in total. Was asked to present a case study that required well over 5 hours of work. Was then told a different position would be better suited for me and they are just working on getting the approvals for that role. Was asked to meet with the director to discuss this new role. Waited over a week to hear any updates. I then emailed the recruiter only to be told this other role didn't get budget approvals. There was a complete lack of transparency as the recruiter made it seem they just needed the approvals to offer me the role.
