The interview process wasn't bad but there are no clear goals as to what they want. I hesitated about working here because I heard it is a toxic environment. I mean what is there to expect from a superficial dating app. Based on this, it's also not clear how well they take DEI seriously. I think they do it for show because it doesn't reflect in the way they create their app to be centered around only one certain demographic. The interview went well but I would recommend asking the right questions about what it is like to work there to get an idea if you will actually be comfortable there despite the salary.
