After applying online, they sent me an online assessment to be done. Succeeding on that, I've got the screening call. After the screening, they scheduled a first interview in witch the which they asked background and a few situational questions. Following that, they put me on other two interviews basically repeating the same questions of the first interview, which was very repetitive. After two days I received a generic feedback saying they wouldn't be proceeding with my application. I requested feedback to understand the areas I should improve but they turned silent on me. I tried to contact 2 different recruiters involved on the process, no answer. This is just lack of consideration and respect.
