Absolutely the worst interview experience ever! Applied online and received a response from the recruiter K. a few months after I had applied. Was sort of surprised as I had completely forgot about my application at that time. Set up some time for an initial phone screen which consisted of some very customary questions. The second part was technical and consisted of an analytics homework exercise made up of some SQL query questions, A/B test results explanations, and an a more open ended question about swipe behavior. I completed it and responded with my answers attached in a Word doc as the link she sent me to upload my answers wasn't working. Shortly after, I received the standard "we have decided to pursue other applicants" automated email message with no explanation. I chalked it up and moved on. A day later, she sends me an email and asks for me to submit my answers using the upload link. I explained it wasn't working and told her that I thought I was no longer being considered? She asked me to try and submit my answers again. Still did not work. I let her know that the upload link still was not working. No response and never heard back again.
