Invite for phone screen; recruiter rescheduled 15 minutes before. When I did talk with her she seemed apathetic and unexcited. Phone screen went well and I was given a “homework” assignment to test my SQL and strategic thinking skills. Was given a week to complete but returned the assignment in a couple of hours. Two days later the recruiter scheduled me to talk to the data analytics manager. I’d rate my performance on the call as a B+...I did miss one of the stat questions. Was told I’d get follow up within a couple of days...(this was a Tuesday). Dead silence since. Followed up with an email to the recruiter on morning and then the next Tuesday. Still have not heard back. The recruiter mentioned in our first phone call that the first candidate was being interviewed that day. Since then the job posting has been re submitted on various web sites. I understand if I didn’t make it to the next round but believe it’s common curtesy to follow-up with candidates regarding next steps (or lack there of) after the second round of interviews.

This was a very hard interview. My advice is for you to be super prepared and to know your stuff. It was mostly data and job-relevant questions, and there were also some behavioral questions. If you make it to the end there's a 5-person panel where you would be talking to different members of the team you would work with.
