Walk me through your thinking process to conduct content moderation and quality assurance in your past work experience.
structured. HR screening call. HR arranged the interview and consulted regarding interviewer. Helped to prepare for the interview. The interview was difficult emotionally. It was online. One hiring maneger and one person is witness i guess. She was silent anyway. Second stagee is another manager. That was easy. 15 min max.

Easy and smooth process. 4 stages interviews so be ready to WAIT as it’s a very long process, I think it was a couple of months for me before I got the offer.
